Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air

We have used a Cool Atmosphere maintenance agreement for servicing our AC for several years. They are easy to work with, always on time and their techs are very courteous and friendly. When our coil developed a slow leak, they worked closely with the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty. While waiting for the new coil they kept the coolant full so we could still use the AC. We highly recommend them.

Incredibly fast response time and arrived within less than an hour of me contacting them. They identified the issue within minutes. We ended up signing a maintenance contract with them and they and were able to answer all of my questions about our unit and things I should watch for going forward. I have seen tons of recommendations for this company and this was the first opportunity we had to use them since replacing our entire ac system years ago. We will definitely use them for all of our ac needs going forward!!

Our family, hands down, LOVES Cool Atmosphere! Our upstairs system wasn’t cooling. I called and was on the schedule quickly. Our technician, Thomas, showed up and now we are icy cold again! Very professional, very HONEST, and the only company that is allowed to service/repair our equipment. We have been happy customers since we moved to TX 9 years ago!

Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave really good tips and recommendations. There was a delay in our appointment time, but scheduler was always updating us on the situation (there was bad weather that set everything back) I appreciated how responsive the company was. Will definitely use again for future needs.

I had my AC unit shutoff last night and it's 102 degrees today, so needless to say, it was a priority to get turned back on.
They came out within hours of my call and they took care of the issue (drain blowout) as part of their warranty that comes with new units.
I had them replace that unit last summer.
They were fast, easy, and professional. 5-stars!

Junior was awesome. Our AC went out in the middle of the night, really bothering our medical needs two year old. We were very stressed that due to the heat this week we could not get someone out quickly. cool atmosphere was there and had the problem completely fixed within two hours. These folks are the real deal!

I have been using Cool Atmosphere every summer and winter. I also use the service for my parents house. One Christmas eve my parents heater stopped working and when I called them they showed up that night because they new it was going to be a very cold night and they new my parents were fragile . So, I use this service because I know they’ll show up.

Thomas was friendly, prompt, efficient and took great care with providing information. Of course, air conditioner goes down when it is blazing hot! Atmosphere cooling was a referral and I will certainly pay forward with my referral.

I called, DEAPERATE, at the end of the work day for someone to come fix my AC. I rent and my property manager called a company that couldnt get us in for 2 more days. If you live in Texas, you know two days is far too long to not have AC in the summer. I called Cool atmosphere and air and Thomas answered, understood my situation, reached out to my property management company FOR ME, and came HIMSELF to service my unit in less than an hour. He was literally my hero. I cannot speak to their prices but I CAN speak to their kindness, professionalism, and punctuality. I would recommend this company to any of my friends who rent or own their homes!
