This company is thorough and professional in their work. They're scheduling and communication software makes it easy to keep track of appointments and gives me reminders and updates on the technician's estimated time of arrival. I had an AC underperforming this week and they were able to squeeze me in before the weekend. Jose, the technician, quickly identified and repaired the issue and was done and cleaned up in under an hour. I haven't had an issue with these guys yet. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

We use Prodigy for a twice/year checkup, once in the summer and once in the fall. Their maintenance program is top-notch. They are ALWAYS responsive and extremely thorough. Our A/C went out last night, and we have family coming into town. I was able to schedule same morning service. Joshua not only did the summer maintenance check on our unit, he fixed the problem, added a vent, crawled under the house to check our lines - all within our normal service agreement, no extra charge. Truly above and beyond, they are amazing to work with!

Jose and Jonathan are professional and prompt in communicating and fixing any problems that come up with air conditioning. We trust them for all of our air conditioning needs. Best company we have worked with!
