Fist off I would like to thank them for being on time. It was time to get a new AC system, and a better one. They were on time and got right to work after saying hello.The crew was very professional the whole time and answered my questions I had about the new unite. They got the job done fast, it only took them 4 hours from start to finish. They cleaned up after afterwords and took the old unit with them. Joe, explained the warranties and told me where I need to go online for them. The best thing is my house is now getting cold for once. I will be using them for all my AC need for now on. I'm very satisfied with HE Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

I had a ventilation issue with my gas furnace and the gas company turned the gas off at the appliance as a precaution. After two other HVAC companies did not understand the nature of the repair, I was at my wits end and I needed the heat due to prolonged cold weather.

I called HF Mechanical and they immediately understood the issue. The same day they sent out a technician who quickly diagnosed the repair needed. Saul was kind and professional, even going into the attic to double check the ventilation.

I was able to pay easily from my phone using a secure a link they sent me.

I will absolutely recommend HF Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC work. I was so impressed with how quickly the technician Saul diagnosed the problem when others couldn't or wouldn't.

Our HVAC system was clogged in the drain line which backed up into the emergency drain pan. Also, a huge chunk of the insulation detached from the duct system which resulted in a leak. We realized this issue last Saturday morning when there was a visible wet spot in our son’s ceiling. We contacted HF Mechanical and they were at our home the next morning. The two technicians were on time, they answered all of our questions with professionalism and they corrected the issues in just a couple hours.

I've spent several years looking for a competent, honest, service oriented heating and cooling company. Haven't been happy with any I tried until today. HF Mechanical is amazing! Joe was helpful and extremely kind, this will be my HVAC service go-to from now on.
