I can't say enough good things about Dillard! We had a technician out 2 times prior to his visit, and both times nothing could be found that would cause our home to stay at 80°+. I was told the unit just wasn't big enough but was confused because its worked well for the last 4 years. I was so worried the unit was going to have to be replaced. Then Dillard came out! He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. He resolved the issue quickly, and made sure to double check every part of our system. The cost was extremely reasonable, and he assured us our system was adequate and would serve us well for many years. Our house is at a chilly 74 (which after being 80°-93° for 2 months is AMAZING) and our family and pets are nice and comfortable. I highly recommend Liberty Air LLC. They are a wonderful group!

What a business with integrity! We got wires crossed in terms of the system so the owner did call and no charge for the maintenance service since we have a system that they don’t service. He went as far as to refer us to a couple of businesses. I sure wish we could do business with them! I highly recommend them still! Business with integrity-hard to fine!

I was having issues with our AC not cooling very well. It was the original AC in the house(over 20 years old), so I was expecting to need a replacement. I called Liberty based on positive recommendations from some friends. They were able to come right out, identify the problem as a refrigerant leak, and add some refrigerant to get it working again temporarily.
Additionally, we had them quote a new system to replace our existing components(gas furnace, electric AC) with all new components. I had been researching brands online for quality, as well as to get an idea for how much a new system would cost. The quote from Liberty was for an American Standard(a good brand), and a good 20% less than I was expecting based on prices I had seen online for similar systems. So it didn't take too much thought to go ahead with their estimate.
When they did the install a few days later, they showed up with several people to get it done quickly. They swapped out the compressor outside in no time flat, and did the furnace install upstairs. They put down blankets to keep our carpets clean and overall were very thorough in the installation to make sure it was done right. During the install, they checked the condition of my ducts and electrical controls for the different zones and explained the zone controls to me so I could adjust it later. Since the install a month ago, there have been zero issues. The system runs great, the house is much cooler now on both floors, and the electric usage seems lower than before.
They do have warranties and stand behind their installs, although I hope not to find out about that first hand.

Simply cannot say enough good things about Liberty Air! I called this morning about my AC not cooling. Knew we were low due to a small hole in our coil. They had come out last year to refill it. Dillard was here within a couple of hours. Filled it up, talked to me about rising costs of supplies. Offered multiple solutions for future issues, guided me through the whole process. Honest, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Knew he wasn’t trying to BS me into spending more $$ than I needed. No sales pitch that you get with the big name companies. I love small business. I love real, hard working, honest people. Not to mention, he was so kind to my fur babies. Haha! I would highly recommend Liberty Air to anyone. They just got themselves a life time client! It's nice to have a company that is responsive to calls for service.

Amazing! Came out same day and got my family comfortable with ac again. I wasn’t home but they did little things like closed all the windows and shut fans off and set my thermostat to a comfortable temp. I got home after a few days and it felt amazing. They treated me like family
