The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he was doing to troubleshoot our problem (we have a leaky evaporator coil). He stated they will work with the manufacturers warranty program to get the replacement parts under warranty. I'm definitely going to use Liberty Air again!

I called Liberty on a holiday weekend when our compressor would not start. The tech was at our house in about 2 hours and they were able to fix the bad capacitor problem in about 15 minutes. The technician was very friendly and professional.

Liberty Air came out and checked my A/C when I thought it was leaking in the attic. Turns out it was not leaking and running as it should. Dillon was the Tech that came out and he was very courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend you use Liberty Air for all your HVAC needs.

These guys are the best. They came in, put down drop clothes to help keep the floors clean since it had rained the night before. They answered all my questions and talked me through anything I didn't understand at first. They are my life long company for A/C issues.

Our heat went out just as it’s starting to get cool. Even when I called after hours they were able to call me back within 20mins to answer my questions. Service was fast. They could not order the part needed because it was discontinued. However they were able to come up with a solution to use another part for under $100. Both techs that came out were friendly and fast. Would be happy to recommend them. In the future.

I returned home from two long days of driving and walked into an 84 degree house. I live in a pretty remote spot on Lake Buchanan. It was close to 5 pm and I was having no luck finding another company to come out - until I called Liberty Air. Dillard, the owner, answered the phone, and he was very polite, friendly and professional and promised to swing by after he closed up shop. He got here in less than an hour, very quickly got the problem fixed and was very easy to chat with. Good dude, good company and very highly recommended!

Our A/C went out on a Friday (of course), so we called Liberty Air. We have used them before and were happy with their services. They called back and set up a time to come out. They gave us all of our options from part replacement, piece replacement, or total unit replacement. No pressure to upgrade or up sell. Our system was 15 years old and no longer made, so we decided to replace the entire system. The entire crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and good people! Loved our pups and fun to talk to. They cleaned up and everything was working within 6 hours of arrival! Their cost was way below what my family’s business in Houston charges. Very reasonably priced. We highly recommend all of the crew at Liberty Air!
