    Set up Appt they came out diagnosed issues and ordered part that under warranty. Part came in few days later installed and up and running. Two service calls hurt cost but knows AC's, got diagnosis right, explained cost and repairs, checked found warranty still active soooo very happy.
    Recommend if live in POINT VENTURE. LAGO VISTA , JONESTOWN AREA.
    Had another local company come out charge $170 say ordering part (not issue) and disappear. After 7 days 102+ Temps they gave excuses and gone with money.
    Called 3 others companies set up appts said serviced area then they called back saying out of service area???????

    Full disclosure: I have not yet had service from Bluebonnet, but my pre-service experience was so good that I had to write a review.

    Another company diagnosed one of my HVACs with an evaporator coil leak. For various other reasons, I had lost confidence in this company and decided to start a relationship with a new one. When I called Bluebonnet, the first thing they said was to check the warranty, as it may still be covered. I'm not the original owner, but the warranty was still active, so this saved me a lot of money. This is something I should have known to check, but this is my first house. I really appreciated that Bluebonnet brought it up.

    I would have gone with Bluebonnet, but my warranty terms required me to use an authorized dealer. Unfortunately, Bluebonnet was not listed as one, so I had to cancel my appointment with them. Even then, they seemed genuinely glad that I was able to get it fixed under warranty. These guys wanted to get my AC working, not just to collect their fee. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need service without warranty restrictions.

    My.friends over at Window Gang referred me to Bluebonnet HVAC. Jeremy was quick to come out and assess my system. He was professional, thorough and more than willing to offer temporary cost effective solutions to my lack of a/c. I appreciate that because i needed a new outside unit and needed some time to be able to afford the cost. And about the cost... He quoted me fair, reasonable prices with a warranty. Highly recommend!

    A/C went out on one of the hottest days, so far, this year. On 2nd day without it due to warranty issues, Bluebonnet was contacted and they sent someone over and fixed it same day! The repairman was so polite. Felt sorry he had to be up in the attic in 106° weather. But he was so nice and still got it done. Very grateful!
