Our 20 year old ac gave out on us over the weekend. I called Chris after a friend recommended him to me. He came out within an hour ON A SUNDAY. He was straightforward on our options with a repair vs replacement. Although he was unable to perform the install that day, he showed up punctually and did a great and efficient job on our install. Thank you for being responsive! We appreciate you and your team very much!

Chris and Team were great to work with, my HVAC controller board went out and they were able to troubleshoot and fix it in two days.

The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, Chris is a joke if I could give him zero Stars I would, Freon oil leaking through my ceiling light fixtures destroyed my sheetrock, the way he treats people is unnecessary he's a liar.

Very impressed with these guys so far. We just recently moved to Jonestown. Our heater was not warming up our home and so I called North Lake Heating and Cooling. Chris the owner picked up the call and said he'd be over within 1 to 2 hours. Chris showed up less than an hour later and even texted he was on his way. He was very professional and polite and went straight to work. He found the issue quickly and was able to explain it in simple terms I could understand. So far I highly recommend.

Christ Brown installed my AC compressor about a year ago, now it stop working. Two days ago I called him and he came over to take a look but when he climbed up to the roof he couldn't open the hatch door and he banged the door very hard trying force it open, I stopped him and climbed up the stair to open the hatch for him, but two step up the stairs I heard him saying profanity words which to me is very unprofessional and disrespectful, so I climbed down and asked him to leave the premise... Chris Brown left but he also made a fake review of 1 star on my business. I will never use his service again.

Chris Brown made many lies in his response to my review.
1. Health inspection issue was about AC didn't work for several days not about any "foul practice". Our unit was under warranty , the AC company contracted a technician from Troy to replace the aluminum coil, but after he installed it he found out that the compressor wasn't working, but he wasn't working on weekend, so I called around to see who was available to work on weekend and on short notice, and Chris Brown was available on that weekend and I hired him to install the compressor.
2. The health inspector was nice to us she worked with us to solve the problem asap, so she requested we ask the technician to email her to confirm that AC unit was repaired and working in good order asap, and after Chris Brown fixed the AC I asked him to email the Health inspector for the purpose as I stated above.
3. My review is not about his past work, it has to do with his conduct two days ago (1) he banged the hatch door with his hand very hard trying to force it open which could cause damage to the door if I didn't stop him. (2) after I stopped him, I was climbing the stairs to open the hatch for him but as I was climbing I heard him using profanity as he was talking with his assistant about the door, at that point, I changed my mind and asked him to leave. He left, but he left a fake review on my business.
3. I did not hold payment, after he fixed the AC I wrote him a check immediately. This is a blatant lie.
4. Chris Brown has shown that he is a dishonest person, unprofessional, and willing to lie. There are plenty of good technicians, all business owners should stay away from this guy.

Our AC stopped blowing cold overnight and North Lake Heating & Cooling was here first thing in the morning to fix it. Rates are really reasonable and their work was fast and quality! We won't go with anyone else.

These guys are magicians! Great Fast Service. Cleaned my system coils and now my electric bill is 1/2 what it was. Thnx guys!
