What a wonderful experience for a change. A+ experience. This company was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to take care of my system. I would highly recommend you give Bubba and Rob a call if you are having any kind of HVAC problems. They will get my business from now on!

I called and left a message on Sunday asking for a call back to schedule maintenance. It is now Thursday and I have not heard back. I understand that we are in an unusually HOT July, and I am sure that they are swamped, but at least be courteous and professional and call a potential customer back. I am not in a 911 situation, but we could have at least scheduled something even if it was a week or two out. I read all the reviews online and was looking forward to working with you, but not anymore. Definitely NOT impressed.

Rob was on time, courteous and professional. He located the problem quickly and took care of it.

Dillard was able to get our AC replacement scheduled and the parts required on hand in a short time. He was very responsive, and we worked through the options to get us the best available combination of parts that would work in our application. Rob & the other installers were very pleasant and efficient. They did a thorough job including leak testing the system before they were satisfied that it was done properly. I highly recommend Liberty Air.

Called Liberty Air on a Saturday morning with a non-urgent issue and Clint was out to fix us up on Monday morning. He did a great job and had the heat running again in no time! Highly recommend Liberty Air. Thanks y'all!!

Our AC just stopped working at about 230pm. We called Liberty Air and they said someone would be out between 3 and 7 pm. Clint Champlin was our serviceman. He arrived around 4pm. (It is now 5:11pm and my AC is running again.)He told my husband that their was a "short" between our unit and the thermosat. Replaced the wiring and thermostat.

Dillard and his team did a great job for us. They were very professional and showed me every issue we had. They gave us options and the pros and cons of each. We highly recommend Liberty Air.

I called in on a Saturday they showed up quickly. And got my air working! Thank God because it's hot out! Apparently I need a new inside unit and they said they would get back with me on Monday with unit price.

He was very nice, but very fast. I attempted to ask a couple questions, but he did not take time to answer them. I text him after he left asking for a call back to answer a couple questions. Did not get a response. Problem not solved. I still have water in my secondary drain pan.
