Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning

Not sure how else to get the word out, but the man that showed up just a few hours ago to fix my AC was just awesome! My kids and I have severe heat intolerance to the point where we get sick and to have it fixed now is amazing. He was so quick and polite. I’m not sure of his name, but thank you!!!

Scrubs On U in Killeen was in need of some heat and called Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning INC. which provided quick service. Very professional, very knowledgeable and great customer service. If needed again we'll call Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning INC. and will refer to others. Thanks!

He showed up under an hour after our request was sent. Quickly fixed the issue, we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!! I will recommend this company to anyone!!!

Put the work order in 2 days ago, was told someone would contact me before showing up, didn't happen because they had the wrong phone number. Okay so i call them back for the 2nd time on day two and correct the number and was told again that someone would call before showing up so i can be there, and that didn't happen AGAIN. Just left a blank note on my door saying sorry we missed you with no time or contact info on it. So i call for a third time, and now I'm being told they're sorry and that I'll be priority first thing in the morning... mind you it has been 95 degrees and up for these past two days.... But day 3 rolls around and after being open for 3 hours I'm still sitting in the heat, i call AGAIN and still no update on when they'll be here and no phone call. Voted best in anything for this company is a complete lie, no customer service or satisfaction i would have given 0 stars but i had to give one just to type this review. You guys are terrible from the ground up!

It is hot and humid so of course my air went out . . . oh, yeah, it is the weekend to boot . . . called just a out everyone and got NO responses . . . Killeen Heating &Air did respond and given the timing incredibly quickly AND FIX IT. Explained it. And were completely professional, polite, and thorough. Kudos to them. Would I use them again . . . YES.

Outstanding service, speedy and very knowledgeable. One of the only companies that works late hours over the weekend. I would recommend Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.
