I've been using Killeen Heating and Air for going on 20 years. At 1st as a residential customer and now as both in my own home and commercial properties. They have came to the rescue on multiple occasions. They kept my old ac unit up and running for as many years as they could and then gave me a great deal on a new one when my old one finally kicked the bucket. To me the best part about the place is as long as I've been doing business with them I always see the same 3 or 4 guys when they come out which tells me that that company must be doing something right. consistency is hard to come by. BIG THANKS to the guys at Killeen Heating and Air for treating my house/family the same way you would yours when its 105 outside and the ac is broke.

Our AC went out last night and it reached over 90° in our home today. We were so stressed we wouldn’t be able to have it fixed until Monday. I can’t remember the name of who serviced our unit, but he did a great job and it feels so good to have the house cooling down finally!

I Called them & they came right over. They diagnosed the Problem, a smaller problem than I was told, by another Company and they fixed it Fast. The Prices are Great Too!

Very friendly and fast! Highly recommended and will explain what they are doing. My dog chewed ac wires for the second and both times I've used them to do the repair. This time I will take their advice and fence it in!!! Great service

I'm surprised these guys are rated so high, I called 6th July to confirm duct work for the 7th July 2016 no problem still on they say. 11am 7July2016 they called to cancel/reschedule. I asked if they are going to reschedule the price to make it up? Yes they said they will call me back. Still no call. Guess only the customer has to keep their word since I wouldn't have backed out of paying. Sir thank you for the reply but none of that was told to me, the appointment was for early morning to avoid the heat. If the heat is the issue I totally agree but don't make an appoint rather state you only do it during cooler weather. Like you I have things to do and understand the customer isn't always right but in this case it's not for me the customer to call you it was up to you to reschedule. Either way good luck seems you got enough stars.

I gotta say GOD BLESS YALL AND THANK YOU SO SO SO SO SO MUCH, for fixing my AC this Sunday afternoon, I thank God that it wasn’t scorching 100 plus temperature but nonetheless, my AC compresor outside stopped working Saturday night.

I submitted a work order to my rental company and they send a TECH, that I forgot his name, I wish I would had known his name so I can pray for him and his family, HARD WORKING YOUNG MEN, he came in and worked throughly and detailed oriented, fixed my compressor QUICK, and I gotta say his professionalism and knowledge was SUPERB.

I am a Disabled Veteran with a skin condition to where if I got hot I get HIVES ALL OVER MY BODY, so to me what your company and Tech did for me is MORE THAN JUST A SERVICE CALL, so God bless y’all and I pray your business grows, and people use your service all the time. GOD BLESS YALL!!

I have had this company work on homes for over 20 years but no more! Bought a home and had a new system installed, and always had them service and repair my system. Today I found out that my compressor was wired backwards causing the motor to run backwards, I found out my return air box opening was cut 50% smaller than it should be. I was told I would be out of a system for 5 days. Today I am having a new system installed by another company. Again, they were good once but I will never use them again.
