There was a huge problem with my heater and John came and took care of it. Very professional, I couldn’t have asked for better service, he knew what he was doing and now I can sleep good knowing I won’t fear having my heater on anymore. Problem fixed and resolved 100% RECOMMEND!!! Thank you John!!!!

Super friendly and quick. Had a minor issue with my AC - I say minor as it happened in September and not June/july - so I wasn’t going to pay an after hour/emergency and they were there within 48 hours and got it back up and running in less than 2 hours. Rinsed off my unit to make sure and even put up with my wife asking questions without batting an eye. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We had Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning install a new unit in our house, replacing the original unit that was probably 15yrs old. Chris was our technician and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up finding out the original unit was way too small for the square footage of our house, which is why it couldn't keep the house cool, and we were having $400+ electric bills during the summer. Chris was very honest and let us know that we could go with a 3.5 ton unit, but if we wanted the most bang for our buck, and something more energy efficient then the 4 ton was the way to go. For the price difference between the two, we decided on the bigger unit, and I'm so happy we did! I was not home when the unit was being installed (Friday), but Chris came back out a few days later (Monday), and showed me how to do monthly upkeep on the unit to make sure it stays running at its optimum greatness. Our energy usage has dropped significantly in the month that our new unit has been installed! We have used almost 40% less kWh this past month, and nothing has changed in the daily usage except having a new AC unit! I would definitely recommend these guys for your Heating and AC needs!

Killeen Heating & Air is awesome! Not only do I work with them directly through my Employer (Property Management) but also needed them for my personal Home. Josh came out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue within 2 minutes. We are thankful for the quick service due to the recently extreme temperatures and highly recommend Killeen Heating & Air to anyone, Owner or Property Management in the area!

Thank goodness for quick and thorough service. I just purchased a home and used this company for previous maintenence issues on rental properties. So when my ac/heating unit started to act up, immediately I contacted Killeen Heating and Air to come out and take a look at it. I appreciated that the technician showed up in a timely matter, since I had just left work and only had a limited amount of time before I had to pick up my children. It turned out that my thermostat was acting up and I needed to change my air filter, simple fix! I called a few places and price wise, for a service call this place had really good rates. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews, at first read I would have been hesitant to use them but I'm glad I used them. Will be getting my vents scheduled for cleaning soon!

Thank you John for your great service! John was professional, friendly and helpful! Our air stopped working on Saturday. We had no idea as to why. It took John less than 5 minutes to figure it out and another 5 minutes to fix it! And at an amazing, budget friendly price! We’ll signing up for the service agreement! Thanks again!!

Amazing service!!! Called early this morning (holiday weekend) a friendly service operator answered. Within hours I was able to get service to my Harker heights home! (Once again this is during a holiday weekend) service guy came out super friendly! Supporting a local well owned business here in the Killeen/harker heights area! If your having AC problems hand down call Killeen heating and air conditioning!!

Jordan was very helpful! Although my renters office made the error JORDAN went above and beyond to get us back an running in a timely a fashion. Jordan was polite and knowledgeable and informed me of what the issue was. Thank you Jordan for makin sure my family had air conditioning again.
