Ty and Louie were the technicians that came out to help us with our AC issues. They were quick to diagnose the issues, informative on tips moving forward, and had all of the parts to repair it on hand! They were a huge help and were awesome to work with.

Great experience!! Great response time. Our technician Louie was very analytical during his evaluation. He performed a complete evaluation of our system and identified our primary problem. In addition, he installed some additional components to increase our systems performance including a new Honeywell thermostat. Louie was determined to get our system running for us which I highly respected. We have changed companies for our HVAC needs all due to Louie. A+++++

Highly recommend Loc! We called when our A/C stopped working Saturday afternoon, and he came within a couple of hours. Thankful it wasn't a big problem, and he had it running in no time. He also gave us great info on things we can do to prevent further similar issues.

Eric was great. Friendly, courteous, and compassionate about our situation with the Air handler going down. Worked hard to get our install early in this hot weather. Professional quality installation.

I actually have American Home Shield, total joke to even get anyone to repair my ac in 100 + degree weather. So I googled and found MES, within a few hours someone was on their way to my house. And with it the hour I had my cool air back!
