Back again to leave another review! MES came out to install our brand new AC unit with heat pump today. These guys were great! Super professional and very kind. Got everything installed quickly, made sure everything was working great, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC service or install. We won't be using anyone else!

We were very pleased with the service of Louie Carpenter who came out for our bi-annual furnace/AC checkup. He did a very thorough, professional job and went the extra mile to make sure we understood. Since one of our units is very old, he gave us a quote for a new one. Thanks, Louie.

This company went above and beyond helping me purchase a new air conditioner. They had one but I had to postpone for personal reasons and had to let it go but Kelly made sure to reorder and get next one in line. Everyone at the company are very helpful. After installing the out side unit had a bad compressor which there tech caught and had to be replaced. The compressor was overly noisy but still functional .They ordered another unit which took about a month due to backlog and at no time was payment required until job was finished. Would definitely recommend this company for any air conditioning needs

MES and Eric did a great job! Eric made an excellent sale’s presentation, answered all my questions, and provided a very competitive bid. The installers arrived on time and completed the job the same day.

Metro installed our traine system in 2013. Super people to work with. Very courteous young men, Mario and Jose have been out this summer to do needed maintenance on system and explained what they were doing and seemed to go the extra mile. I’ve never had to wait for service either. Great company.

I have used MES for more than 5 years and they are always knowledgeable and on time and professional. They maintain the system they installed and it has been great! I love the maintenance plan options and they send reminders which is helpful and makes a difference keeping up with the regular maintenance needed on the system.

Aside from Rick who was the service person that took the time to come and properly figure out / diagnose the problem.. I will never use this company again.

I say that because I had used this company with my previous house years ago. It clearly was run differently. It was a stand-up company that stood by its word then.

Literally the right hand does not know what the left hand was doing. I tried to schedule installation a few times and was about to spend probably $3k worth of Labor. Everything else was under warranty.

Ultimately I had to be the one to stay on top of things and call because nobody was calling me back to schedule the work that Rick had set up.

So once I finally scheduled something then they called back saying that one of the crews was sick but they still couldn't come out and do my work.

Then today I don't hear from them at all to the point I have to call them back simply asking them to confirm that I was on the list since we had just rescheduled two days ago.

Should have been a simple "yes you are on the list for today as scheduled". Instead , on hold for 10 minutes while they still try and figure it out. Again clearly not a priority even though we've been trying this for a few weeks now. Lost 2 days of work waiting too get promised service.

Such poor Customer service..

Rick Martino, the technician, came and checked my AC system for its 2nd 6 month service. He checked the system and and cleaned the Trane filtration system! He was a Great and extremely knowledgeable! He was thorough with every aspect of my Trane system!! I highly recommend MES and Rick. Any one can sell a Trane but it is the technician that makes or breaks the business and reputation. Having Rick Martino represent MES is why I gave them a 5 star rating!!!
