My gas furnace went out on the first day of this year's ice storm.
I initially contacted another company, which did not go well.

This company's 5-star rating is well-deserved.
I was already 2 days in to the ice storm without heat, and two boys at home. When I called, I'd explained my issue with another company, which I didn't want to repeat. So, before making the trip to my house, the tech (Brandtley) called to talk through my issue and see if he had my motor on his truck. He possessed a universal brand that would work for me and headed on over. While he was there, he discovered another issue that would prevent repair that day. With an explanation of anticipated costs and my permission, he called the parts warehouse to open up after hours to purchase the additional part needed (though, at no fault of his own, the warehouse owner was out of town and couldn't open until the next morning). This was great, as I had been advised on my initial call that this would be an option, if necessary.
Brandtley stayed well in communication with me and went above and beyond.

I have reviewed the other company, which is accurately represented by a combination of almost ALL of the negative reviews posted there.

I came out of this by spending $800 and more than satisfied, rather than the alternative with the other company.

Brantley and Cameron were professional and kind. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. Brantley is detailed and thorough. We will definitely be using Texas Pride Heating and Air for our A/C and heating needs! So glad we found them!

Texas pride took care of repairing a 15 year old ac unit and wasn’t pushy about buying a new one (which I was expecting, and isn’t cheap at all). The ac unit needed parts they couldn’t get until the next day. Jacob was very up front and honest about everything, and was a rockstar tech who solved my problems.

I’m not calling any other ac businesses when I have issues.

Chaz was very helpful. He educated me on the issue and any other system questions I had. He was very personable, knowledgeable and honest! My family and I appreciated the quality he brought into our home.

after contacting a few other “open 24 hours” places that weren’t, in fact, open 24 hours, i reached out to texas pride. chaz was at the house within an hour and quick to both diagnose and fix the issue!! his attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond…he’s a national treasure!! thank you so much for keeping my family cool through this horrible summer heat since we can’t really rely on the government to keep the energy flowing!!

Brantley came out on a very cold Sunday to fix the mess I had made of my Nest installation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have earned a repeat customer.

We had an older AC unit that needed to be replaced. Texas Pride was able to come out same day, on a Sunday, to assess our needs and provide an estimate. Chaz took time to inform and educate us on our system and options without pressure to make any decisions until we were ready to do so. Their quote was significantly less than others at the same quality level and we were able to schedule installation very quickly. Now we have decided to use Texas Pride for regular maintenance and other needs going forward.
