The dispatcher was very understanding & set up an appointment for us very quickly. The Technician, Jacob, was extremely professional & courteous! He explained everything to us & worked quickly to resolve the issue. I genuinely appreciate this company as a whole for helping us, especially in this Texas heat and having little people at home. Brantley, did a very through job troubleshooting my heater. He also took the time to show me what he was checking and how the system should work when I decided to check in. With their Bluebonnet club at $15 a month his visit only cost me the monthly fee. Very professional

After having multiple issues with one of my mini split units and difficulty finding a company that would even service one, I was very pleased with the service of Texas Pride. Brantley came and assessed the situation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain different units and how they worked. I had a new unit installed and the technicians that came were courteous and quiet and professional. Also the main office did a great job with communication and very prompt responses.
