Jacob was amazing! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained step by step what he was working on and informed me on things to be on the lookout for. He also recommended a kill switch my unit was missing and also found out my pipes were clogged and unclogged them. He was able to answer questions and made sure I understood everything that was done, and that I agreed to services before payment. This company does not disappoint. They have been amazing since day 1.

In the throes of the Texas summer heat, our A/C started acting a little funny. Called the folks here, got Brantley out within an hour. He did a thorough inspection, checked absolutely everything and really took the time to explain what was happening with our A/C unit. We absolutely will be using this business again and recommend for anyone needing service on their hvac systems.

Had a hard time getting a company with a reasonable after hours service call fee until I called Texas Pride. Will answered my call and sent Jacob over. Jacob troubleshooted and found the problem. Definitely recommend them.

The response was very rapid and prompt, and the service was excellent and courteous. We did not know who the technician would be, and he did not know to whom he was coming. So it was a wonderful surprise, and pleasure, for us when Duncan arrived. We have known him and his family for many years, though it is along time since we last saw him. And we were delighted to learn of the new-born triplets that are keeping him and his wife busy and joyful
