Brantley was the best AC serviceman we have ever had. He was very friendly, informative, hands on and had outstanding customer service. He was also very helpful and visually showed us what was wrong and what parts were what. We LOVE everything he brought to the experience and this company!

Brantley from Texas Pride did my winter maintenance as part of their Bluebonnet program. He was awesome, informative and on time. They are a great option if you need service in the Fort Worth or Crowley area.

Brantley did an excellent job of providing knowledgeable customer service with detailed explanation of assessment and services. He kindly talked me through his evaluation and expertly guided me on the series of next steps. He was courteous and respectful and never seemed to rush through anything. I especially appreciated the feature where the dispatch sent the name and picture ID of who I should be expecting as well as a tracking map to see how close he was to arriving at my home. We will certainly be beginning a relationship with Texas Pride to ensure proper maintenance once our issue is repaired. Can’t recommend enough!

Texas Pride is the most reliable HVAC company that I have used in the past three years. We have a lot of units and a large campus and Texas Pride was beyond professional extremely efficient and very well coordinated. Honest! Dependable, Fair, really can't recommend them enough, we were facing closing our business until the ac was fixed, not necessary as their technician Brantley showed up way ahead of schedule, stayed late to complete the job and was a consummate pro!!!

First time home owner of house which is 22 year old and similarly aged AC /heat system.
