Chaz (the technician) came within an hour of me calling. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He did not try to upsell me but was honest about me needing a new unit soon but not necessarily today. He explained the prices of new units in comparison to the square footage of my home and how each would work. He explained financing options and we will work together to get my new unit installed within the near future. I prayed for someone who wouldn't rip me off and knew what they were doing. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for anyone looking for good service in a timely manner. Five star company ✨️

We bought our AC unit from Texas Pride a few years ago, and haven’t had nothing but optimal customer service, and care since purchasing it. I’ve been amazed at how much each individual cares about their job and ensures that you understand everything they’re saying. They seem to truly care about each of their clients, we feel valued and understood every time they come out. I wish every company we worked with used them as a business model.

Chaz and Brantley was excellent technicians. Brantley was the first technician to reach my resident. He introduced himself. He came in assess the unit on the inside and turn the nest off. Explain to me how to turn it off. Excellent excellent technician then Chaz showed up completed the work they were on time they explained everything as it went along. All my questions was answer these two gentlemen, or the example of what I think your company represents excellent job, excellent work, excellent communication skills, excellent knowledge of the product!!! Not only are they on time, they were able to come the same day that we called. Very polite professional and gave us their honest opinion and pricing. And we're even nice enough to give us a referral for an electrician when we needed one. Jacob the tech that came out today is always very knowledgeable, and has always put our mind at ease with worries when it comes to our system. When we got our system two years ago from Texas pride heating and Air he was one of the ones that came out the first time, even my husband says he goes the extra mile for the customer and that's really appreciated. So thankful we have a good company that we can call, and we know we're getting great deals and service as well.

We noticed a leak coming from our attic AC unit and called at 7:40pm. Three hours later and they already came, diagnosed the problem, cleared the clog, cleaned up, and wrapped up everything. They were very quick, polite, and great at explaining what they were doing.

I had Texas Pride heating and air come out and work on my Avac system. They did an awesome job, phenomenal actually!!! I will definitely be using them again. Talk about great customer service!!! They were on time and got the job done!!! Their technician Cameron was very respectful and sweet. He made me feel comfortable with the whole job and he was super knowledgeable! WOW! Texas Pride installed a mini-split AC/Heating unit in a secondary dwelling / Tiny House on our property. The unit works great, and is energy efficient for our climate. We sincerely adored their staff, and the respect they showed for our military family was abounding. We have lived in many states throughout our military career, and we've owned several homes that entailed multiple Heating and Air maintenance relationships over the years and these guys are hands down the best! Quality service, affordable pricing, exceptionally southern customer service, solid work ethic, and extreme attention to detail. We highly recommend!

The guys did a full swap out of my old equipment inside and out and the house was as clean as it was before they came. I had my first cool night in a week and can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to anyone that'll listen.

These guys are great. I thought I had a bigger issue, but they tracked down a small problem and everything is working great now. I would absolutely use them again in the future, and I would absolutely refer them to others.
