Texas Pride Heating and Air

System went down today @ 4pm.....called and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful. She moved around some stuff and got us helped out tonight. A tech was here and fixed the problem all within 2 hours. I can't overstate how much we appreciated it with little kids in the house. Will absolutely use again!

I have been using Texas Pride Heating and Air for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Chaz is one of a kind and always responsive, as is all of the service guys they send out. The most knowledgable in their field and genuinely cares about the product they put out. The quality of Texas Pride is second to none!

I had an awesome experience with Texas Pride. The tech came on time and waited, even though I was late. I had already called another tech, and my front garage was flooding with water (I was sure it was the HVAC unit there). I was sure it was the HVAC, but the last tech could not find the problem. The tech that they sent me was super patient and because he took his time, he found that the water leak was caused by a leaky faucet behind the fridge. I called a plumber and another HVAC tech, but neither could figure it out. But thanks to these people, I finally know that I just need to fix that faucet. They did a great job.

Came out quick. Great service. Good price. Called them in the evening on a Friday. They came out with in the hour. Everyone else was going to be out the next day. Great service.

Had maintenance/ tune ups done on two AC units as well as heating systems. Professional, pressure free. Recommend them for transparency and integrity.

We had Chaz come to our home to fix the AC system on a hot summer night when we got home from a long day at work. I’m currently pregnant with triplets, and having him come to our home and be so professional and helpful was a blessing! We will always use this company for our AC needs, and I cannot recommend them enough.

AMAZING! My HVAC system stopped working on Saturday night. I called multiple companies and everyone who answered was available on Monday. I called TEXAS PRIDE and they showed up to my house in 30 min. Chaz was very proffesional, knowledgeable and informative. He was able to diagnose and repair my system in less than 15 minutes! TEXAS PRIDE has a new costumer for life. Highly recommend.

I am continuously impressed with this company every time they come out. They are prompt, professional, and super friendly! This last time we had an issue with our thermostat going out because of a storm and they came out immediately the next day to repair the fuse. I can’t recommend Chastain, Jacob, and all the guys at Texas Pride enough!
