BVS service technician Mazdak was quickly dispatched and he let me know what was wrong, gave me options with no pressure to upsale, and then fixed my AC quickly. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely call again the next time I have any issue.

I have used Brazos Valley Services for the past ten years and have received excellent service at all times. Their office always communicates with me on a timely manner and always tells me who the service person is going to be and when they will arrive. Every service person that has been to my house has been experienced and very friendly. There work has been outstanding. Today the service person was Renee and he was in, did his work and was finished in a timely manner.

Mazdak Najand was our technician that did our maintenance check up. He is the most professional and thorough technician that we’ve had from Brazos Valley Services. His customer service is always excellent.

Kobe was super! He was very thorough and professional. I feel he represents the best in this business.

Technician was pleasant, neat and arrived within appointment window. I have used BVS since 2009.

Mazda was great, very professional and was honest about the issue. He was even 30 min early. Did a great job.

Brazos Valley Services replaced both entire units up and downstairs 11 years ago this month, wonderful job at a good price.
I recently had need of service, called BVS because of the last experience I had with them. BIG mistake, the service technician refused to do a diagnostic test without first replacing parts/units costing over $2000. This tech was relentless, trying to sell me a new unit claiming my unit was over 13 years old. BVS replace it 11 years ago. I won't go in to all the language between us. I paid my $79 service fee and sent him packing. Called a different repairman, he replaced the outside fan and capacitor, cleaned the coils (parts were $180). Works good as new.
I believe in customer service, it is what separates good business from shysters like BVS.

I wouldn't give them a star, however Google will not let me post without a star. To be fair they were prompt. If that deserves a star...so be it.

I called BVS because my a/c was not cooling very well. Lana and Jessica got things set up for Mike to come out to my home to check the a/c. Lana kept me informed about everything and answered all my questions. Mike arrived on time and inspected the whole system.He showed me several things about the system and told me straight up about the system. ( I worked many summers with my Dad on installing and troubleshooting a/c systems so I knew he was being honest). My a/c system is 20 plus years old. But not anymore! Mike showed me the different choices I have, got the right financing and asked me when do I want it installed "As soon as possible of course" ." How about tomorrow Mike answered". At 8:15am Sunday , Memorial weekend, the BVS install crew showed up started working and by 12:30 the job was finished and my home was being chilled by the new a/c system. I was stunned by Carlos crew at how well everything was done. Great job everyone. BVS does it RIGHT from start to finish! I'm sure there are some good a/c companies out there. But why settle for good when there is a rare great company like BVS. Thanks Carlos team ,Mike , Jessica and Lana.
