BVS does fantastic work. They’re fast, professional, listen to what’s being asked and provide honest service and clear answers. Service technician was on time and practiced excellent safety protocols with face mask and social distancing. He was courteous, polite, knew exactly what he was talking about, and an all around nice guy!

Brazos Valley has consistently provided excellent service, professional and knowledgeable people, and communicate very effectively. I have no complaints at all, and have been using them for almost 7 years now.

Our service call was handled by Trenton Glueck. He was professional, efficient, friendly and well prepared to service our split unit. He resolved all issues we had and gave us peace of mind that we will have a warm home for the upcoming winter. We are very pleased with BVS and have recommended their services to our friends.

Both the office staff and the field tech were very professional and effective service tech arrived well within the timeframe given and had the AC up and running again in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Christopher did a great job of explaining several maintenence procedures that would be good for my system. As I requested, he also checked the quality of my air ducts so I could make a decision about having them cleaned.

This company is a scam. They came out to look at my neighbors house to look at a 10 year old unit. They told my neighbor the condenser fan motor was bad, the blower motor was bad and the compressor was weak but the parts were not available so she would need a new unit. Since I am an AC Tech, heavy commerical, she called to ask me about it. Turns out all of the parts are available and they are in stock in houston and it is impossible to check the condition of a compressor it the blower motor and condenser fan motor are bad. This company is a classic example of ripping off customers and making excuses just to sell a customer a new system. People DO NOT use this company.

Just alittle update, this unit is still under full parts warranty from the factory. This company has charged in the past years to replace parts that guess what were under full parts warranty. This company engages in unethical business practices. You may think this is a smaller home town company but they are no better if not worse than John Moore services. I'm thinking there company moto should be which old lady or single lady are we going to go rip off today. A response from the owner as to why your company is operating like this would be greatly appreciated.

Update number 2 and a response to the owners response. First off I am not the contractor who completed the work, yes I am in the industry but my company nor I do residential work. I have zero conflict of interest, my only interest here is the growing number of residential companies who employ salesmen instead of technicians. It is a fact that the system was still under warranty, a fact that the parts were in-stock and in town and a fact that the stated repairs needed were not all true.

I have been using this company for about 2 years now and they are so reliable and have not let me down. On the repairs of my ac unit. Carlos is the technician that has serviced our unit and I’m very impressed in his professionalism. He’s very kind and explains everything very well. I would definitely recommend using BVS for all your HVAC needs

My technician Mazdak is always very kind professional when he comes to do maintenance on our system. He is always very patient with me and answers all of my questions. When I’ve had issues with my system in the past he went above and beyond to find a solution. I wouldn’t want any other technician in my house.

Mazda Najand is always welcome at my home. Not only is he very skilled with his work, he is professional with a great attitude and smile. I never have to worry or be concerned because he is always open and honest with his recommendations. He has been our technician for several years and we hope he continues to be.
