Technicians have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve been using BVS for at least 10 years or more and always get a reminder for seasonal maintenance, which is very useful since I never remember when it’s time. Everyone at BVS that I’ve have contact with over the years have always been helpful and pleasant to do business with. If you’re looking for an AC/Heating company, BVS is the perfect one!

The technician Mazdak N was very knowledgeable and explained the maintenance and findings clearly and thoroughly. Mazdak also helped replace my air filters around the house and provided guidelines for air filter purchases in the future for better air quality. Thank you for the great service!

Very dishonest technician. I paid $99 for an evaluation of the system and they sent a salesman instead of a technician who tried to convince me to spend $12,000 in a new unit. He told me the compressor was bad and since there were no power due to the disconnect switch he told I had to pay $300 just to replace just the switch. I told him to replace it but he refused it (he didn't have the part?... really???) Then he started to sell me a new unit. The guy left very upset my home because I told him I need to think about it. Then, I called another tecnician which charged me $65 for diagnosis = loose wiring; another $55 to update the switch. Additionally, he recommended to change the unit as soon as possible since it's an obsolete unit and unscrupulous company (aka BVS Home Experts) will take advantage of the situation. Shame on you BVS Home Experts....

This was one the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with any business. First of all there was some kind of miscommunication with the fees. I told them that I need to change 2 capacitors on the AC units and asked them how much it would cost. I was told about $198 together for both. Whenever the guy turned up, he check the first unit and proceeded to recommend that I replace the capacitor and add a hard start capacitor and said it was going to be a total of almost $700 to do that . I told him that it was too expensive as one capacitor cost about $30 on Amazon. He rudely proceeded to tell me how much money he spent on his HVAC education. I told him that he can go ahead and install the capacitor but hold off on the other item as it was not necessary. He then rudely shouted that if I did not install the hard start then he will not warrantee the job. He then stormed off started shouting in my front yard on his phone then proceeded to shout to my wife that we should go ahead and use someone else to do the job.
Very unprofessional and embarrassing. I’ll never ever recommend these people.

The repair man was great, however the unit is 2years old the capacitor went out, so we are still under warranty, but it cost us $50.00 for BVS to fill out paperwork for the warranty and shipping and handling, but we have a 10 year warranty. So basically we have no warranty..
I have no problem with the cost of the diagnostic or even the repair it self. And I know $50.00 is not much, but we could have bought the part and fixed it ourself for the $50.00 BVS charges..

Company is Professional, polite and great on communication. I was kept up to date of when the tech would arrive and the office was a pleasure to speak too.
Carlos was the technician and did a great job of explaining everything and honest about why parts were needed and not just trying to make sales.
After my first service I would recommend anyone to give them a call and sign up for the membership program.
