Kobe Winters was very polite, introduced himself to me since this was his first time at my house. Wore his shoe protection, knew what he had to check on my heater in preparation for winter. I see him advancing in the HVAC business.

We've used BVS for several years now and have never had an issue. The technicians that come out are always professional, thorough, and informative.

This was the first time we had to call for a problem. Late Friday afternoon I discovered water was backing up. I called BVS and they were ready to have someone out thT afternoon. However, we were o. Our way out of town. So they prioritized me for Monday morning.

The technician, Andrew, came out Monday morning. Andrew listened to all my concerns and quickly found the issue ( fortunately a very minor issue ), checked out my other concern and assured me all was well and no damage was occurring.

I'm very pleased with the way all of this has been handled as well as our past experiences. Strongly recommend this company since they still have a firm understanding of customer service.

Mr. Bryson is very thorough, friendly, courteous,!and totally professional! He always follows company guidelines to protect our floors, and examines our HVAC system inside and out.

I was released from the hospital only to find that my AC unit was not working. It was after 7:00 PM on a Friday night. The business office representative was kind and attentive and set me up immediately with Mazdak Najand. He understood about my health limitations and compassionately went through his diagnostic results with me, which ended up being that i needed a new AC system. The very next morning, at 8:00 AM, the professonal installers arrived with a portable AC unit to keep me cool while the work was being done. Mazdak came twice after the install, once to make sure that everything was in order and again for a final inspection where he tweaked two vents and even replaced a battery in smoke detector!. Mazdak was so kind and understanding that he took the stress out of the situation for me, which was important given I was recovering from an illness. I higly recommend BVS, and in particular, Mazdak. Christopher was absolutely wonderful. He thoroughly inspected our unit to find and fix the problem. He took the time to explain every step of the repair process and remained patient answering all of our questions. Would give him and the company 10 stars if I could. Great job BVS.
