We have been using Brazos Valley Services since 2008 and have been very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the technicians and the staff. They are always very friendly and ready to help! Our technician, Rene, is very thorough, friendly and professional!! He always cleans up after he has finished the job and I really appreciate it!! I told Rene of a problem we were having with our unit and he took the time to inspect the unit and propose a workable solution. Good job, Rene, and thank you!!

Absolutely amazed with the kindness and responsiveness of BVS! During the power outages from the Winter weather of this year my thermostat shorted out and left us with no heat for 5 days. BVS is the only company that called me back. They tried to walk me through fixing it myself so we weren't without heat any longer, but when it proved to be more complicated, they worked me in ASAP. The owner of the company personally called me to make sure I was I knew when the tech, Steven, would be there, who, by the way, was wonderful and thorough. Everyone I spoke to at BVS were so kind and great! They definitely exceeded my expectations and would absolutely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Did a very nice job with the Spring AC tune-up work. The technician was a gem, very friendly and informative. He did find that both of my units had heavy duty AC capacitors in need of replacement. BVS quoted outlandish service fees for 10 minutes of work needed to replace each capacitor (see on youtube). Thus the 3 stars.

The technician that comes to our home is very knowledgeable and respectful. We always enjoy seeing him. The company always calls ahead of time to let us know the technician is on his way unlike some companies that gives a four hour window and keeps you guessing until you see them in your driveway. We would recommend BVS to anyone who needs the type of service they provide.

Rich, my Tech guy from BVS (formerly known as (Brazos Valley Services)) is excellent in every aspect of his job. He feels like family, but is extremely professional. I'm sure everyone who works there is great, but I know that Richard is, and that is why we always request him.
Updated: I just had two service calls from BUS. The first visit was from their relatively "new" service (plumbing) and he was great and helpful, professional. A total asset to their company.
The 2nd visit was from the a/c side of the company. And it was my first time to meet Mazdak, previously he had dealt with my wife. He too is an asset to your company. All the things you want in an employee plus much more. Very professional, helpful, made sure that ALL my questions were answered. An all around great person and credit to your company.
I would highly recommend BVS.

Christopher performed semiannual preventive maintenance in a courteous and proficient manner. Since he only performed preventative maintenance, I cannot provide any other information.

Update
We had an AC failure this weekend and the technician arrived promptly at 9am Sunday and had the AC cooling in less than an hour. He was very thorough, verified his work and carefully explained the repair that was made.

Very professional, friendly and helpful young man.

I had an emergency call to get my AC back on. The tech showed up at least 2 hours later then originally stated. They recommended I get a entire new system, which would've been fine, but they lied about my compressor being dead and left my AC non-functional. My father came over and had it fixed within 10 mins. BVS tried to make money off of my desperation. They cherry on top of that is they're overpriced. This company does not care about you.

We have been using BVS for several years and we have always had excellent Service. Mazdak Najand, our technician, came out this time for our winter service and did a great job and was very courteous. They also did a total system replacement and did a fantastic job during the installation. CLean and neat. We highly recommend all the fine people at Brazos Valley Services. Please ask for Mazdak to assist you. He cares about the customers and gives you wonderful service as if it was his family.

I like BVS. One issue I still have. The heater wasn't wired correctly, that was the problem. Thanks to my energy provider, we figured out that the heater was the reason for my huge increase in billing. I believe because of the wiring issue and increase in billing cost due to it, BVS needs to help with this cost. Thank you.
