Had my first service call with BVS, with A/C technician Rico. He was very nice, professional, and informative. He reviewed the services done and services recommended. I had a question the day following his visit, and he replied promptly.

Brad has been my serviceman for several years & I always request him.
He welcomed me to the community when I relocated here 5 years ago.
He treats me with respect as well as my property and is always on time.
I actually consider him a friend. A couple of years ago he called me the next day to see how I was doing because he said he could tell I was under
a lot of pressure. He is a kind , considerate , Christian man.

Mr. Mazdak Najand was extremely courteous and professional. He walked through all of the steps of service he was going to perform and provided suggestions as to what needs to be addressed. He was very friendly, I highly recommend him.

Coby was efficient, courteous and professional. As always BVS has outstanding customer service.

Bill Cochran performed our annual cooling checkup today. We appreciated his punctuality, knowledge, and courteousness. He explained what he was going to do, through each step, and was very professional. Bill is an excellent technician. We highly recommend him!

It was great to see Rich again! He used to be the man who came out to my home twice a year to check the a/c and heating but he is no longer in that department, so when he showed up at my home last week to fix an issue I had with the new thermostat installation, I was really surprised. I also knew I could relax; that I was in the best of hands; and that the job would be done correctly. I wish he was still the man who did my biannual checkups though!

The ladies in the office are all friendly and helpful, apologizing whenever they must check with technicians and put me on hold. They are patient while I think through the more-costly estimate or locate my calendar so as to schedule a technician's visit. Gary, the electrician, graciously explained the factors that made the estimate of the current project twice what I had anticipated. He examined the equipment needing replacement yet made no charge, but allowed me to do some research to satisfy myself. I did call soon thereafter to have the work done after verifying that BVS uses top of the line equipment and stands behind the customer should the warrantied equipment fail.

Daniel's team did a super great job of removing our old A/C system and installing the new system. He was always eager to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running at top performance. They were extremely pleasant, polite, and professional.

I was extremely pleased with the service man, Mazdak Najand today!
He was very efficient, sharing his knowledge & was SO patient with all of my questions.
BVS is coming TOMORROW to replace our ducts & supply grills !!!
I HIGHLY recommend BVS ! My Mother has used them in the past and highly recommended them ( & she had several companies go to her house before meeting them. Once she used them, she hasn’t stopped talking about how reasonable & thurough they were!!!
