Our serviceman, Mazdak, was prompt, courteous, and an expert in his job. He took time to explain what he checked and what needed to be done. We always look forward to having him service our AC or heating system.

Mazdak is the same gentleman that came to do my
heating maintenance he's very friendly very nice to talk to I really really like him. I think he is very knowledgeable about what he knows about the air conditioning and heating systems.

We had an old HVAC system, which needed repair and since the system was 10+ years, we had an American Home Shield contract. AHS sent out several contractors that didn't fix my AC and instead gave me shady quotes. At that point, we decided to look around myself and gave BVS a call. Mazdak, one of their Senior Technicians, came out to our home and spent nearly 3 hours for a thorough consultation about our needs, the type of system that would fit the size of our home and our budget. He also explained in detail the work that would be required and the timeline. To be fully transparent, the price quoted was by far not the cheapest but we felt it was a fair offer, considering the full replacement of our condenser, furnace, and all the duct work. The complete job took almost two days and the BVS crew did a great job. The new system runs extremely quiet and smooth. It improved the overall comfort in our home and since we also signed up for the BVS service plan, we cancelled our contract with American Home Shield. Since the installation in our home, we also used BVS for an AC maintenance in my mother-in-laws home and Mazdak did the repair himself and again, he did a great job. If you are looking for an AC company that cares about your issues and treats you well, choose BVS.

BVS came out to service my a/c. They told me what was wrong and I ok the repair. $700 later the service guy left and a/c stopped working and I call them back then they said I needed more parts and more money for the same problem. So after spending $700 I had to fix my own a/c. so don't trust there service. This isn't the first time they did this to me. They installed a new a/c unit in my house 8 years ago and it's still not finished installing the trim plates they promised me. SO STAY AWAY DON'T USE THEM!!!!!

We had a furnace installed that had developed some problems and needed to be replaced. The technician Mazdak Najand did a superior job of diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and giving directions all along the way to the other technicians who did the install. We thought the whole process was extremely smooth and pleasant, and we would recommend The company and Mazdak in particular for this HVAC service. He was very courteous, explain things well, and highly knowledgeable. The entire team was willing to stop and explain things or address requests we made, without any hesitation.

Tobe came out for my semiannual system maintenance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mazdak is a wonderful service technician. He knows everything about the system, takes care of the filters and suggests upgrades without being pushy about it. You could not ask for a kinder or more efficient person. I have always been impressed with his ability and his friendly personality.

My A/C went out in the evening, I called a few companies to see who could come out and save us from a very hot night. BVS was very responsive, the owner called me directly and she was able to get a technician out who took great care of us. I appreciate their responsiveness and going the extra mile to help us. The technician fixed the A/C and was very professional.
