Alphonso and his install team were really professional, they smoothly worked through my installation of two new HVAC systems seamlessly and in a very timely manner. Additionally they kept me up to date with very minimal distractions.

HANDS DOWN, this is The BEST company to use for purchase and install of new Lennox HVAC systems. This company is ON TIME, FRIENDLY, HONEST, and RELIABLE. Every single person we encountered from sales, all the way to install crew were amazing! I am not sure why Lennox has Sunny Service as their #3 vendor of Lennox Installs in the DFW Area, because they should be #1. Sunny Service should also be Costco's preferred HVAC company for DFW....just saying!

The company rep. Todd Truly was on time, knowledgeable, to the point and yet pleasant and accommodating. Also Michael the HVAC TECH. Identified the problem right away, scheduled Todd's visit and expedited the whole process.

Brendan came out during a bad ice/ snow storm and was quickly able to troubleshoot, repair, and get my heating system up and running. He was very knowledgeable and professional and showed me the problem as well as the remedy. I highly recommend Sunny Services and will be using them again.

The heat pump used to work correctly pumping heat into the house. after the freezing ice storm a couple of years ago the unit only ran on emergency heat in spite of being set for heat pump.. after 3 serious sinus infections i called Sunny Service. Mark Cotter, a good Irishman answered the call and rehabilitated the heat pump. He is knowledgeable about his profession and was quick and efficient, as well as having a great Irish personality. i am joyous from the results. i look forward to many years of happy service from Mark & Sunny Service.
