Austin was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He politely explained what issues he resolved while showing off his infectious smile. We also got to see pictures of Bean and Honey, Austin’s dachusunds! 😁

Brendon was very efficient and clear in his explanations of what we needed for a replacement system. My only complaint is the delay is getting the temporary system ordered and installed.

I’ve been with Sunny’s service for a little over a year and they have been great! Customer service is always helpful and polite, the technicians are always communicative and work efficiently and fast!
