I am blown away by the service I received from the technician who came out to give us a second opinion on our unit. Michael was knowledgeable and took time to explain the issues we were having and why. He answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional customer service. We had another company come out about two bourse before calling Sunny and they charged us 160.00 and told us our problem was a faulty breaker. Which they couldn’t repair. They told us to call an electrician and call them back once the breaker was repaired. Michael was able to see that wasn’t the case within 5 minutes of looking at the unit. He replaced a simple part and saved us time and money. We signed up for the yearly service plan!

The technician Matt and Supervisor Mason, provided outstanding support and service. The installation was performed within a day and they answered all our questions regarding our new a/c, the thermostat and the maintenance going forward. I would recommend Sunny Service to everyone.

Brendon was early to his appointment on father's day and no upcharge or emergency fee.
He quickly assessed my AC problem and cleared out a clogged drain line. He also saved me money by letting me know the system age and condition which a different company had advised I replace. It's refreshing to have an honest repair on a Sunday and a holiday at that. I highly recommend these guys for AC service.

JD arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of our A/C unit and also cleaned out the coils. We are very happy with Sunny and JD and highly recommend them to anyone who wants supreme support and service for their family during this very hot season.

Chase was right on time and diagnosed the system quickly. I was on a work call, Chase did a great job getting the repairs done quickly. Very professional and painless!
