Sunny Service

My condenser fan motor failed last night and I set up an appt. for 10am this morning. On time, insightful, friendly, and quality work in replacing the outdoor fuse box as well.

I added a before and after for the outdoor fuse box but it still doesn't show how much attention to detail Jeremiah did.

I have signed up for service plan just to help out a little bit for emergencies plus the bi-annual check ups.

I knew we needed a new A/C unit so I called Sunny for a bid on Monday. Brendan with Sunny service came out Tuesday and diagnosed the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to provide several bids same day, and once I made a decision they scheduled our install three days later. Install techs came out Friday morning and were complete with the attic install by 2pm. The unit is working flawlessly. I was very impressed with the value and speed of Sunny Service. I will use them in the future and I would recommend to family.

Our service tech Chase went above and beyond to repair our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to keep us informed of what was going on with the repair. Jeremiah was on time, very friendly, and he communicated well. My a/c wasn’t working at all. Jeremiah determined what was needed and repaired it in about an hour. My a/c is now working great! I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Sunny Service and will recommend this business to others.

Our central air was due for a tune-up, so we called Sunny Service to come out today. J.D. was our technician and he was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what we needed to do maintenance wise and even took some photos to show us what he did. All in all we're very happy with Sunny Service our tech J.D. They were reasonable and efficient. We will be using them for our future needs and highly recommend them.

Brendan did an excellent job getting my AC up and running. He replaced the capacitor and explained everything to me. He was very thorough, very respectful and professional. He provided some suggestions on what I could do to keep my unit performing at an optimum level. Great customer service and I would definitely request him for any future repairs and refer him to others. Thank you Brandon for your patience and giving my AC your complete attention and for a superb job. He was respectful of my home and answered all of my questions in terms I could understand. He epitomizes the great service that Sunny Services provides to its customers.

Sunny Service is extremely professional and easy to work with! They were able to come out the same day we called to tell us why our air conditioning was not working. Michael was fantastic and explained everything and even took pictures. Todd came the next day to talk about our options. The 2 gentlemen that did the install too were professional, courteous, and took good care of our home. We will ALWAYS use them for our A/C needs!

Todd was excellent and very thorough in explaining all of our options and how each potential new system worked. He looked to help us make the best decision for our specific scenario and how long we planned to stay in this house and which system would be best for that timeframe. He also explained how our inner closet with the furnace was affecting our system’s efficiency due to it not being airtight and pulling some air from the attic. He was on time, honest and incredibly helpful in what can be a stressful situation, buying a new AC system. We were very pleased with his service and are using Sunny Service to install our new system next week.

Just a great experience. Jeremiah was super prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and had us up and running in just about an hour. I was very surprised to be squeezed in so soon during the hottest weekend of the season so far. And the cost of repair was much less than expected. Sunny Service will be my first call when I'm ready l for an entire new system.

Kudos to Matt from Sunny Service team! He was incredibly professional (and careful when hauling things through the house). He explained in detail the process, what was done, what is expected and will come back on site if any issues after a week.
