Used this company Because of their wonderful ad and come to find out they do not honor any of the discounts they have listed. Nor do they allow you to use the coupon that they have listed. I feel like this company targets old people and takes advantage of them. I have followed up with them three times to get the charges corrected and they will not. They are crooks and they overcharge I do not recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

My experience with this company is not good. I reached out to them trying to find and invoice on service that was supposed to be completed on a house that we purchased earlier this year. The seller had them lie and falsify invoices from the date of service. Turns out there is a leak in our inside unit. Instead of the company trying to make the matter right, they told us the account with the previous homeowner had been closed and there was nothing that we could do about the issue. So, I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone. The fact that the owner knows what happened and refuses to offer to help fix anything is shocking. I guess customer service really doesn't matter these days. The technician still works for the company even after admittedly lying on documents. We were under contract! It makes me believe that they are fine with lying to and cheating their customers.

What an amazing company and the customer service from Jennifer was by far the best I’ve experienced in a while. She took extra efforts to explain in detail the service provided and a cost break down AND SAVED me money! It doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you Jennifer for the amazing customer service!

I was very surprised and impressed with the service and professionalism a temperature pro. It's hard to know when you were going to get a company in technicians that actually are looking out for your well-being and not just their own. Thank you from the beginning to the end it was an experience that I would only want to have with you at temperature prro.

This is not Temperature Pro. So if you have warranty work to have done by them don't call this company. Call the Arlington/Mansfield office.

What a great company to work with. I had a great experience meeting with their entire team from the wonderful lady Jennifer to the technician Chang. Everything was a fantastic experience.

Finally a company that gets it! Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining everything in detail to me throughout the whole process. From the young lady that answered the phone to the technician who is almost too polite and patient with me. Thanks again

My house as been 88+ inside for 4 days, I’ve scheduled 2 appointments and they didn’t show up to either one. Do not recommend!!
