Sunny Service

After receiving an informative and competitively priced proposal for a new HVAC system Sunny Service was able to install it the very next day. The comfort specialist and installation crew were great. I’ve had nothing short of a great experience with Sunny Service and I will not only be using the companies services in the future I will also recommend their services any chance I get.

They always come in a timely fashion, Jeremiah is awesome. He is very friendly and is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time and explains what he is going to do before he does it, then answered any of our questions

JD came today and did a thorough check and tuneup of our system. He explained a couple of parts that are showing signs of end of life, but are not currently failing.

Our 18 year old air conditioner stopped working a few weeks ago. We called Sunny Service and they were able to get someone out the following day to look at it. It turns out the fan and another part had broken and needed to be replaced. Austin was extremely helpful and quick at diagnosing and explaining the issue and then ordering the parts. We were told it would take about 2 weeks for the parts to come in. Luckily it was springtime and the weather was not too bad. After 2 weeks, it turned out there was an issue with one of the parts being on backorder with the manufacturer due to our system being so old. Justin was amazing and found a third party vender who was selling the part we needed and it arrived the very next day. They scheduled us for the repair the day after. Austin came back and fixed it and it is working great! We had a great experience with Sunny Service and felt like they really cared about making sure we were taken care of and our unit was repaired as quickly as possible. We recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the product and gave great advice when I was going through the initial search for a company to install a new HVAC system.

The high level of professionalism, type of systems to choose from, knowledge of HVAC, response time and promptness all factored into my 5 star rating. I had 1 issue they advised of before they left when they initially installed and I had to call them back to reset to which they did promptly and as expected. There is no buyers remorse with this major purchase and I've had the system for 2+ months now.

These guys are fantastic! We had a few other companies come and give us quotes. Everybody wanted to overzealous on tonnage, while Todd came measured and explained why we didn’t need to over purchase on tonnage how it would actually keep us lower cost with our utilities. They sent the installation team out and Alfonso and his guys did an incredible job. He sent to cruise and completed our very large job in Less than one day. Highly recommend.

Timely service rendered with details of findings presented prior to the repair of AC unit, updates during and the final repair summary afterward. Professional attitude of technician allowed one to feel at ease with him in the home. Very up front about cost of the project and ease of payment methods made selecting Sunny Service a “no brainer” for the next time HVAC work is needed.
