Sunny Service

Our Ac died yesterday. Before this happened, Sunny's Service had confirmed what another company stated: "that our house-AC sytem needed replacing". Chase, the servicemam, was awesome. He explained details, answer questions n was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
Today, Brendon, Sunny Services Advisor, came. He inspected the AC units, measured all rooms, told us what we needed & gave us 2 options to purchase. The entire process was very professional, informational and simple. Brendon was amazing, besides being knowledgeable, he took time to answer questions & to find the best deal for our needs. What a wonderful guy!

Dustyn was very thorough. Even though he knew the issue he still did his due diligence to verify his suspension as well as checked the our other system for similar issues. He fixed our issue and we're sitting comfortably again!

We also received an email with all of the picture evidence of the initial issue and it's resolution. This was a first for us!! We've dealt with many contractors over the years.

Dustin arrived exactly as scheduled and diagnosed our problem (circuit breaker issue, not the A/C). He didn't try to oversell us or persuade us to buy a new unit -- no, he worked in 105-degree heat and solved our problem simply. Trust is everything in the HVAC business.

It took me about 5 yrs to finally redo my entire HVAC unit and I'm glad I went with Sunny Service. After I had gotten 3 quotes from other reputable ac companies, I just really didn't feel good about any of them. I randomly called Sunny Service for one more quote and I'm glad I did. Brenden was the only tech that measured out every square inch of my house, and was the only one that informed me that my 5 ton unit was way over sized for my house. All the other companies were just going to replace my 5 ton with another 5 ton.
Matt and his crew did the complete install in a day and did an excellent job. I could tell the crew worked well together and took pride in what they did. Being in a tight attic for hours is not the easiest job, but after they were complete Matt was very excited to take me up and show me the transformation that had taken place.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.
