Sunny Service

Got an estimate on new ducts and insulation. Brendon was very knowledgeable and thorough. Had them replaced and attic insulation blown in. I’ve been very impressed with Sunny Services and their personnel from the guys that did my ductwork to Michael that came and replaced a capacitor in my unit. Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and got me up and running quickly.

We called Sunny on Saturday afternoon and they were here by Monday morning. Communication was great!
They kept us up with the arrival time of the tech.

The tech, Jeremiah, was professional and polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problem in details and asked if we had any questions.
We wish all business were this good at their job with a good staff .

The salesman was very knowledgeable. I feel very confident that he recommended an appropriate system for our house--no high pressure up-sells. The quote was much lower than others. The installation crew was courteous, the I've what they were doing, and they answered all of my questions. I'm happy with their work, and they cleaned up before they left.

Chase fixed our AC for a reasonable price. Several other companies were not able to fix our AC. Sunny Service is a new company. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Chase came out on a Sunday and battled through a yellow jacket attack to get my AC going on a 100 degree day. A true pro. Great service and very reasonably priced. 10/10

Austin came out and diagnosed the a/c system. He was very polite and understanding. He gave us the diagnosis and info as to what options we should expect. Overall a good experience. Thank you Austin. After finding problem he called office to set up a time for Todd to come to house. He would go over our options and the prices to fix or replace. Todd arrived about 4 hrs later and looked over the equipment.We then sat down and he gave us those options. He was up front about it all and very thorough. Had a good experience with Todd also. Actual they call to tell me he was coming earlier than appt time. Brandon diagnosis the problem and had it fix quick. He called the office because my rental HVACs are in Sunny’s a service club so I got a better price

Michael was fantastic! We called the office at around 10 AM & by about 1:30 PM, he was here. Instead of refusing to fix our dated system (as others have done), he set to work figuring out the problem and fixed it within an hour or two. He was a pleasure to have in the house, I will 100% be calling Sunny Services in the future for HVAC repairs and, eventually, a new system. Thank you to the whole Sunny Team, but especially Michael!
