Office Depot

Of course the one item I wanted and it was on sale and I drove 15 miles to get it and you were out of stock. Of course. Not an employee to help, as far as the eye can see. Back to Amazon and you lose $50.

Due to my need for using high quality paper and dividers, I printed the documents personally (just under 200 pages per document). All OfficeDepot was tasked to do was binding, i.e., add front cover, add back cover, punch holes, and insert comb binding. This job was straight forward and simple. It took OfficeDepot 3 attempts to get it correct. Thus, what was supposed to be same day service took 2 extra days and 2 extra trips to the store. In all fairness, I have printed/bound many documents at OfficeDepot previously with no issues, but it appears their experienced staff is no longer employed; if so, this likely explains why my order was completely botched. I cannot help but be reminded of Red Adair's quote, "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur."

It's my first time to use their call card print and nothing against the store, I even got a coupon discount but was so disappointed with the staff in their printing department. My order was 5 boxes of 50 cards each box but received them as 250 pcs in 1 box. I asked for 1 small box that would fit 50 pcs in it but they refused to give me. Made me upset😩

The price gouging that’s happening in this store doesn’t deserve a star.
I will never be returning to Office Depot.
I found the supplies on Amazon for half the price and more in the pack.

I am a teacher with a teacher’s account. I needed 150 front/back copies for a next day lesson. An associate volunteered to make the copies for me since there was a line at self-service. I was charged the full service rate (a total of $56) for copies that were too light. Completely unacceptable way to treat a supposedly preferred customer. I am never doing business with Office Depot again!

This is a great location. All associates were kind and truly helpful. The greeting walking to this store was not phoned in. I was genuinely greeted and assisted. I will go back to this location.

Gia the store manager followed myself and my husband around the store in a very aggressive manner and told us we essentially needed to hurry up and make our selections. She did this 3 times. While we were shopping in the background she stated "They just won't be able to buy anything if they don't hurry up". I at the point wanted to just get out of there to avoid additional drama. We gathered the items that were needed for our jobs. While at the register her rudeness continued with snide comments. When I stated I will be reporting this she said very loudly THATS FINE!This lady thinks she's in a bar room and should be fired. She couldn't care less about professionalism.

So I went into this establishment I haven’t been in a while but I can’t In to get and email printed and the long haired guy working the desk was really unhelpful when asked questions he was very sarcastic my husband and I ended up figuring it out ourselves and while waiting for our paper to print another customer came next us he was a lil older and new to this process as well he told the worker he didn’t know what to do well his response was well this is self service right and walked away with out showing him the steps to help him this guy with the long hair needs more training on his customer service skills

Was in to purchase a new office chair. The associate who we finally got to come help was clueless. When asked about the chairs we were interested in she opened her Office Depot phone app and read from there, something we could have done. Made us feel like we should have just stayed at home and purchased from Amazon.
The girl at checkout was wonderful. She offered advice about our purchase and warranty and called for an associate to load the chair in our truck. Kudo's to her.

The best customer service ever! Business is always taking care of fast and it's correct.
