This location was able to make large scale copies when 3 other locations could not. Great service.

Excellent and staff, very friendly and helpful plus knowledgeable about products I was looking for.,

Left-wing activists don't belong behind the counter for customer support.

On today, I visited this Office Depot and no one at copy and mail counter acknowledged me standing waiting for service. The gentleman at copy and mail did not say any nor did the gentleman who logged in one computer then went to next. Mind you no one was with either worker at the time I was standing there. Until the woman I passed as I was coming in came back in store and went to copy and mail counter. Plus, a man came up to other worker. No one acknowledged me so I walked out of store.

Gina at the Humble location was very professional and helpful. She provided me with impeccable service in reference to two laptops that I was interested in. Her passion for me as a customer, along with her knowledge, was superb. She truly knows how to talk to and treat her customers. With that being stated, I will be purchasing my computer package from Office Depot in Humble. Gina is truly an asset to your company.

Went for an ink cartridge for printer - greeted as I walked and immediately helped with selection

I visited the Humble location and the Employees provided me with excellent customer service. I actually thought that was not a focus for most companies these days. When I say "excellent" service, I am not only saying verbally, but actionable. Someone in the print department took time and educated me regarding the correct label I should use for a product I am trying to market. Another Employee from the laptop department, literally walked me over to where the rulers were. Not to mention the cashier that checked me out, I asked him about price comparing and he looked in my phone and showed me the criteria they look for to see if my item was eligible.......that personality and attitude, though. LOVED IT!!!! Next time I will write down names, because these Employees deserve to be recognized. Thanks to each of you and thank you Office DEPOT OfficeMax for investing in great employees.
