The technician Connor was very knowledgeable and professional. I like that he has been with the company for a few years because he usually get scheduled to do maintenance on my house.

Do not use this company. We have a maintenance policy with them, they came ( 2 people, one plumber and one HVAC) The plumber recommended to replace water heater BUT the HVAC person broke our AC. The younger guy spent 3.5 hours sitting in our den;eventually I suggested that he call a supervisor That person came and checked the units . He said that they were still under warranty ( which we knew) and to therefore call the original installer. Yes the 2 units are under warranty however after 3 years, parts are covered but we pay for labor. We have now been without air conditioning for 6 days while the part Village Plumbing broke is on order. The owner called me on day 3 of our saga and told me that he had just become aware of our situation, but offered no further explanation or recommendation . I told him that we had no AC, but he seemed unfazed .Terrible company terrible service

Skylar came our and did a great job explaining our ac problems. We will definitely use Village Plumbing and Air again!

UPDATE: Chris Stephens, the VP of Operations at Village Plumbing, came out to view the work and offered an adjustment to the price. He listened to my concerns and was committed to reaching a solution.

$7,300 for a waterline from the house to the water meter. A 4-hour job with one plumber and a dig crew of two.

Just before the cold weather began, I noticed water around the pipe where the water enters my home. I contacted Village Plumbing, having been a customer for more than 10 years. I suspected it was related to my two trees, and I was correct. The roots had wrapped around the pipe and caused a slow leak. I was given two options. They could replace the section of PVC pipe for a little over $1,000 to stop the leak, or they could replace everything from the house to the meter with a flexible pipe, a distance less than 25 feet, for $8,100. I was able to get them to bring the amount down to $7,300. However, I regret that I didn't get two or three estimates from other companies.

I expected that this was going to be a big job, but it only took a total of four hours including the dig crew. Once the dig crew (two guys) finished their trench (about one foot deep), the plumber arrived to do his part. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the price (for which I had already paid half). I remember that in 2013, I had to hire an investigative plumber to tunnel under my house and that had only cost $3,200. Although he couldn't go on record as saying so, it was evident that the plumber felt the price was excessive as well. He made a call to his direct boss, but was told "the price is price." He explained that the price he gave me was the result of him taking pictures, telling his boss what need to be done, and his boss then sending a number. Village Plumbing doesn't give itemized quotes. He told me of a manager above his boss that I could speak to, but when I called, I was told he was gone for the day (at 3:00 pm). I was told that an email would be sent to him asking him to call me the next day. I explained my situation to the person on the phone who called me back a few hours later. She said she had spoken with two other managers who took a look at the job and basically said, "the price is the price."

$7,300 seems to be an excessive overcharge to run a new service line from the house to the meter along with a new hose-bib and emergency shut-off valve. We learn from our mistakes, and mine was trusting a company that I had done business with for many years. I won't make that mistake again.

I had a leaky bath faucet for a few months and hesitated to call any plumber. But, I finally made the move and chose to call Village Plumbing after reading all the great reviews and their website. I'm happy to report that they lived up to the reviews! The ladies who handled my intake as well as the dispatch desk who confirmed my appointment (Karen/Sheila) were friendly and professional and were eager to answer any questions. Their system will keep you well updated on your appointment and tech by email and text but they are also easily reached by phone, too.

The licensed plumber (Dondi S) was on time, friendly, open to answering questions, and explained the various options as well as pricing in a clear way. He and I got along great and he provided a wealth of knowledge for me at no extra charge! And, it made me realize that I should have called them sooner.

Not only did my issue get fixed but I'm now quite open to their other offerings due to their upfront, friendly, professional way of doing things. Seriously, call them for your plumbing and AC needs!

The Technicians are all very capable but Village Plumbing is so difficult to work with. They say they’ll be there and they don’t show up, they tell you you’re the first appointment of the day but don’t show up until 9 am when they open at 7 am. Management is non responsive to feedback and simply doesn’t care about the customer experience.

This was our first time using the plumbing services from Village Plumbing. We had issues with bathroom faucets and toilet water filling. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment. There was great communication from the repairman about the underlying issues and potential solutions. Once I chose what I wanted, he was able to pick up new parts and install same-day. Very pleased with the final results - works and looks great.
