We’ve had a recurrent blockage problem they would happene every other year that no one could figure out. TODAY De’Anthony Bennett had a great idea to prevent this problem in the future. Awesome!!
And I was late to the appointment and he waited for me!!

SAFETY should be your first priority. I would not let you in my home in fear that your work would be as reckless as your driving. 2 days in a row your vans almost cause a wreck in front of me. On 8/30 at 3:20pm one of your techs cut everyone off to make an exit from the straight only lane and crossed over the double white line to do it at the last second. Drivers like that are the reason for the correct lane to be backed up. Wait like the rest of us. Then the very next morning 8/31 at 7:28am your van enters i45n cutting across 3 lanes making all of us have to hit our brakes. Leave earlier so you dont have to rush and risk your communities lives. Its very shameful that you boast being woman owned and your techs drive like a woman too. We're supposed to go against the stereotype. "Yes we can" but lets try "yes we can drive". Find who was driving these vans at these times and locations and have a safety lessons course, because theyre representing you very poorly.

Horrible experience. I would advise you to use anyone else. We had purchased a faucet and just needed someone to swap out the other one. They quoted us $750 for a simple installation (we already purchased the faucet). Because we chose not to use them, they still charged us the $79 estimate fee. We called the next company and they did it for $75 (yes, 1/10th the price) in less than 30 minutes. I called to make sure I didn’t misunderstand their quote and they said “nope; sorry, we are just expensive.” DO NOT USE.

The tech was very knowledgeable of the issue and he was very good about cleaning up after the job was done, which I really appreciated too! You don't always find such great service and a someone who pays attention to detail! We will definitely use again when needed!

David was fantastic, he helped in every possible way and triple checked his work. There was no mess when he was done and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We absolutely recommend them! UPDATE** found a leak with the new work that was done due to improper installation and tightening of a connection.

Dennis Alonzo of Village Plumbing was professional, sincere and honest with his evaluation of my situation and the best option provided. After the quote acceptance he returned the following day to install my new electric water heater - it has been working since.

Javier did a great job. He explained everything and gave us options. He replace the plumbing in the bathtub and replaced pipes under the sink in the kitchen. New valve and all connections. We will use Village Plumbing again and recommend them highly.
