Although I have had more issues than anticipated after full HVAC replacement, Gary was a breath of fresh air today, showing me issues in person (I offered to follow him into the attic). He completed a temporary fix until previous install team visits tomorrow for longer term solution.

Mr. Sabala was very professional and very knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was and took care of it right away. He also had information that would help with maintenance. Village Plumbing and Air has great staff and service personnel. Very Professional Thanks

Skylar Barron called before he got to my mom’s house. He was on time. He was very thorough with her heating system and talked to her daughter over the phone to explain what needed to be done. He was very courteous and patient with my mom. After he was done he sent in detail what he did as well as pictures. My mom said she would give Skylar Barron a 10 anytime. Thanks again Skylar for taking the time and being patient with my mom.

January, ‘23- Nathan was delightful! My husband was coming home from the hospital and I needed help right away with a Shower handle problem. He was able to fix it so I could use it immediately and even cleaned the aireator washer in a bath faucet while only charging for the trip charge while taking the time to contact several suppliers who had currant materials for future reference to replace my shower fixture when I would have more time to address the problem. He was very helpful, tidy and professional and I would definitely call him again when needed!

Harley Davis was amazing. Courteous, professional, and friendly, he quickly determined the issues and gave us an accurate estimate. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing during each step. He left the place clean and in working order. More expensive but very reliable and always get the job done.
