Brent, the Plumber that came, was incredibly nice and very helpful, 5 stars for him! However we did not go with this company as they were too expensive, not s fault. We went with another company we've used twice before, also with excellent customer service, but for less than half the original quote by Village.

Skylar is amazing! He is one of the sharpest, nicest, and most professional technicians I've met. He answered all of my numerous questions, explained what he was doing in a way that someone without a technical background could understand, and never pressured me to buy extra services or hardware. My A/C unit is in tip-top shape, thank you Skylar!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dammond Linde when my A/C was acting up, and I have to say, I was extremely impressed. Not only was Dammond incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very kind and patient as he worked to figure out what was wrong with my system.

He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very quick and efficient, which I appreciated since I was eager to get my A/C up and running again.

I was able to get the info I needed and he scheduled an installation appointment for me to have it fully repaired and working again.

Overall, I cannot recommend Dammond highly enough. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're in need of A/C repair, don't hesitate to give Village Plumbing & Air a call - you won't be disappointed!
