Harley went above and beyond. He not only replaced a part in one water heater that was leaking but he also replaced it in the other bc it is known to be a defective item. And it was all covered under warranty. He also taught me how to reset the kill switch. He was so friendly and became best friends with our guard dog. Village Plumbing had him out within the hour after I called in the issue, and this was on Good Friday. Great experience!

From the first call to the times of inspection, the village plumbing and air team was attentive to my questions and answered them honestly. The maintenance was all I needed, but they gave me system enhancement options to make my HVAC and my plumbing last longer and perform better. Village plumbing and air has shown themselves to me to be a premier company and I highly recommend them.

Harley came out quoted the job,obtained the parts and completed the job in a timely manner. He even took the time to make our dog feel comfortable. We will definitely use Harrley and Village Plumbers for future jobs.

I had De’ Anthony and Scott come out today. I have used several plumbers in the past, and they by far exceeded my experience with any other company. I have an older home and ended up having a big repair needed. They did a great job explaining the problem and my repair options in terms I actually understood. They were very professional and didn’t make me feel taken advantage of as a customer. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a plumber!!

I would definitely recommend Village Plumbing and Air. The reception staff are very polite. In a few hours, they were able to dispatch a technician to my house to assist me. My technician, Jimmie Sabala was amazing. He is super respectful and went above and beyond.
Village Plumbing & Air is my go to when it comes to Plumbing issues.

$750 for 5.5 lbs of R-410a and tightening the expansion valve fitting. This is on the high end but I went ahead with the service because they were here and wanted it done. Tech was good. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the price.

Had my HVAC break down last weekend and Village Plumbing got me in for an urgent request on Saturday. The scheduling process was very quick and easy. $79 to come out and if a fix is made, that fee gets rolled into the cost of repair. The tech came out and he was really quick to diagnose the problem, which was a blown capacitor.

The tech said that the warranty capacitor wouldn't be available until Monday and would cost $230 (plus labor). However he said he had one in the van that was higher quality and would cost $480. I was shocked. I googled the ranges before hand and the upper end for repairs were high 300's. I was stuck with the prospect of no AC in 105 weather or pay-up which I ended up paying begrudgingly after a lot of back and forth with the tech.

The tech explained that the high cost was because of a 5 year warranty on the part which didn't quite make sense because the capacitor retails for $80. In addition, he tried to sell me membership to Village Plumbing for $120 which included two maintenance check ups and a 20% discount on the repair for that day. I declined.

Overall, it was 5-star service but I still wouldn't recommend Village Plumbing because I thought the pricing was borderline price gouging for customers in need for immediate HVAC repairs. The upsell and pricing lost my trust in the business and I wouldn't recommend Village Plumbing to my friends or anyone for that matter.
