Great service! Ask for David Ibarra because he does fantastic work. Super nice guy who took care, and fixed the issue with my kitchen sink. He even gave tips on how I might avoid the situation again. Had two mixed experiences with this company. First time my AC went out without warning. They figured it was a capacitor issue and replaced the capacitor - albeit with a very high upcharge (my home warranty company was shocked they were charging me $400 just to replace a capacitor). Additionally, they were very late to the appointment - although I couldn't blame the tech for doing a thorough job with the previous client, I didn't have anyone come until 4 hours after my appointment window.

The second time, my AC drain line apparently became clogged and tripped my float switch. They sent out a tech to snake the line, but again with a very high charge of >$250. They didn't offer a warranty for the service. Well about a month after that service, the drain line clogged again and I ended up having to hire another company to do it again (it's now lasted 9 months without issue).

All in all, I had two mixed experiences, and get the sense that the company seems to be more focused on making money than solving issues. The only plus is that they are available at nearly all times, but based on the low quality and high cost of their services I would not recommend for AC issues.

Skylar Barron is THE BOMB!!!! After several summers of having the same complaint regarding ONE hot room in my home, Skylar not only found the problem but took it upon himself to ensure it was fixed. Many techs from Village Plumbing have come out for scheduled maintenance over the past 5 or 6 years. I have repeatedly let each one of these techs know that one of the rooms is alway hot compared to the others and none have found the problem....UNTIL Slylar. Now that room is Extremely comfortable. Thank you Skyler for going above and beyond what others didn't/wouldn't do.

John Poston installed an in-duct uv light. He is polite and professional and has great attention to detail as well as good communication. Very pleased with the two encounters I’ve had with him and Village services!

Called for an issue with hot water low pressure. Eric Pacheco was my plumber, he text me to say he would be at my house between 8-9am. 8:30am and he showed up. He was very professional and polite. He listend to my explanination of the situation, inspected and determined a course of action. He was honest and up front and fix the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Village Plumbing and Eric!
