I am thoroughly pleased with Aire Serv . I went without AC for 45+ days, evaluated many options , companies & systems and found them to be a great value and responsive service provider. Matthew was my salesman and was extremely knowledgeable about AC units. He wasn’t pushy, made recommendations based on my needs and allowed to be able to pick what I wanted based upon his recommendations. I needed to replace my entire system, plenums included for a very reasonable price. Hector, the owner was very responsive to my questions and didn’t push me off on a sales person. Byron C and a couple other guys whom I don’t know their names, was my technician and was very helpful and worked diligently to get everything set up properly. I am happy with my install and would recommend them to anyone.

Way too overpriced and customer service is bad

Response to your reply: All I wanted to know was the cost for installing a disconnect panel and the cost for installing pigtail wire connections. I was trying to compare estimates in my area to get the best deal. You guys said you have to come out and look at it before quoting me an estimate (which I found to be completely unnecessary since I already know what needs done) but I complied with that request. I didn’t want to argue. I regret contacting you guys in the first place, because I paid for the technician to come out just to tell me things I already know. I know those need to be installed. After the technician leaves, I had to call numerous times just to get the estimate I paid for emailed to me. When I finally got it, the total shows over $2,200! I knew this was ridiculous right then. I called to ask why it costs so much and you guys added other things that *need* repairing. This is my third time now stating I ONLY wanted a replacement of the disconnect panel and the pigtail wiring connection. The estimate breakdown shows $390 for the disconnect panel & pigtail estimate. I found this interesting since the technician said it would cost $250. But, I just concluded the difference is accounting for labor costs. I didn’t think much of that until the person on the phone tells me the $390 is part of the $2,200 package deal. Then he suggests I replace the entire system since he is very much convinced I need it. I told him again, no, I just want the disconnect panel and pigtail connection installed. Eventually we stopped going back and forth and he said he will talk to the manager about reducing the cost to give me the best estimate. I waited patiently and now the price for JUST the disconnect panel and pigtail wiring went to $510. This is ridiculous. I contacted another electrician and he did it for me for under $200. I was almost scammed by this company. I wish I could get my $70 back.

I had Joshua as my service tech and he was very professional and courteous. Josh worked with me to assess my HVAC system and then reviewed his proposal. He worked with me on the cost of the 410a refrigerant, as I needed a small recharge. He also took the time to grab a part from a local supply house then return to my home to comply the work. Excellent service!!

The team at AireServ River Oaks is great from the top to the field technicians. Hector (owner) is always very responsive and helpful, and his team members I have had working at my home have been just as good (Chris, Andrew, and more I cannot remember). Very professional and helpful towards me over the last two years as I made the decision to finally replace my units. Was able to get prompt and quality install as soon as I was ready to purchase. Would recommend them to any friends needing A/C or heating work.

After my initial call, they followed up with me and priced matched the other company I was considering. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. And they were prompt and professional.

I especially appreciated how they educated me about my HVAC units, without pressuring me to make an additional purchase.

Have used Aire Serve now for the past few years. They provide great service and are very quick along with proactive in setting up tune up appointments. My technician Miguel was knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.

I have them to install my Daikin fit system a year ago, and today they came in for the annual maintenance. The technician Joshua is very professional. He checked the entire system throughly and answered every question I had asked.

We found Aire Serv in early 2022 when the heating in our little old house unexpectedly went out during a cold snap. Before we called them, we had a tech from another company come out, take a look at our very old system, and then refuse to do any work on it--but the Aire Serv folks came out, told us what they could fix and how long the fix would last, as well as gave us estimates on installing a new system. We decided to install a whole new system, which they had up and running within just a few days, and they do regular tune-ups to make sure it's kept in great shape. I appreciate that they gave us options when we first needed them, they're fast to get things done for us and flexible with our schedule. I feel a lot better knowing the maintenance work they do will keep us comfy inside--no matter what the temperatures are doing outside!
