Our AC unit is on the roof of our condo and so I haven't ever been up there to see it. So when Henry got there, he was very professional and had pictures of everything we needed to fix to show me. I will definitely be using this company again.

Good dealer but bad AC system (Lennox) Evaporator-Coil failed. The equipment was installed in a newly constructed home, and the date of purchase from builder (closing date) is under the 5 year so we are covered. We submitted a warranty claim and we have been waiting for 4 weeks and nothing. If you are in the market looking for reliability and parts availability in HVAC, do yourself a favor a go with a better company like Trane

The Lee Thompson Company as always does a great job. Justin conducted maintenance and also made recommendation to gain more efficiency from our AC’s. He checked on our de-humidifier as well and cleared drain.

Joe and Kevin were the techs who replaced our AC compressor and made minor repairs to our upstairs AC unit and they were fantastic. They checked, double checked to make sure everything was working well before leaving. Highly recommend!

Lee Thompson Company was excellent in their service, communication and servicing my unit. I have found, very few companies understand Chill Units yet, Lee Thompson did and made me comfortable w/their prognosis and explanations. I would highly recommend them.

It has been near impossible to get an invoice and the correct agreed upon price. Promise after promise to fo and deliver has fallen short.

Otherwise installation was fine. Had 3 systems installed spending near $30,000.

Kevin showed up within 30 min of my call to Lee Thompson dispatch. He was profession, polite and resolved my issue in less than an hour. He also, educated me a bit on how my HVAC unit works so I can operate it more efficiently.

A representative for The Lee Thompson Company called first thing in the morning in response to a message we left the night before. Terrence was friendly and prompt. In addition he had to go to three different places to get a part. He had to fight traffic during rush hour to get to a store in the NW part of the city. He stayed late to ensure our AC was fixed and he gave us advice as to what we might do to improve our over all system. He remained extremely pleasant throughout the whole process. He even put up with our dogs! We appreciate good service. Terrence is certainly a model for exceptional service.
