I have been using The Lee Thompson Co. for over a decade. The whole time they have been very professional. The scheduling department sets up your visits, they are kind and efficient. The techs that show up are on time and get down to business. They are friendly and helpful. I feel ike they dont waste your time but also dont make you feel like they are in a rush. Previous companies have been a pain to get a hold of and have not given me a good idea when they would actually show up. I plan on using TLTC for at least another decade.

Henry Gomez did a great job helping with the maintenence of my 2 systems. He walked me through what repairs were needed as well as helping change my whole home filters. Very professional!

The technicians are nice but the management is awful. I spent almost 12k for one Lennox AC and then paid 169.00 for a service contract only to have it cancelled without my knowledge because I have a total of three units. The other two are not Lennox and I pay another company to maintain those units. After the fact I’m told lee Thompson won’t service my unit unless they service all three units. Guess they forgot to tell their employees about this policy. Then they agreed to come out to do the “spring check” for an additional 100.00. So I paid 250.00 for them to check one unit. Will not recommend them ever. They are a rip off and do not keep their word.

Great service as always. Kevin did a great job installing our smart thermostats. Earlier we purchased and installed a central air unit through the company. We are very pleased.

Henry Gomez did an excellent job today servicing my unit. He went above and beyond by painting the filter drier on on the unit with some spray paint I had in my garage. He pointed out the rust and offered to paint it if I had paint to help prevent further rusting. Thank you for your thorough work today.

I got a new unit and replaced all ducts and vents. The guys that did the work were in my home for almost 12 hours, they worked their butts off getting everything done in one day. It was huge job and I don't envy crawling around in a hot, humid attic during summer in Houston. Thank you to those guys for my wonderfully cold house.
