After moving to Austin, we terribly miss our old AC maintenance company. We always used Lee Thompson AC for our pre-summer check ups. Thanks to their incredible service, we never experienced an AC outage during the swelling summer months and for that we are so thankful.

I purchased a new A/C-Heating unit a couple of years ago from Lee Thompson at the recommendation of a friend. At same time I purchased the twice yearly maintenance contract and couldn't be more happy with their service. First the new unit installation was smooth and easy and the service techs that have come out for the check-ups have been top-notch. I am especially impressed with Henry Gomez - he's been out twice and I hope they continue to send him when I need help. Henry is polite, considerate and really know his stuff. So good to see a conscientious worker these days. I would recommend Lee Thompson and especially Henry to anybody.

Was able to troubleshoot problem and get unit running within 4hrs of initial call. They also did not try to up sell anything.

Yearly service check on the AC system, check coolant and clean coils. Installed missing ball valve on the drain line and cleaned out the drain line.
