Lee Thompson installed my new AC/heater unit. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service. Joe Salazar and Rob Cortez were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and very meticulously to make sure that everything was precisely replaced and correct. They were friendly and knowledgeable, they stopped to explain everything they were doing during the entire process. They answered any questions I had during the install, they removed all the old equipment and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It was an extremely hot day (99-100 degrees) but they did not rush, they made sure everything was done right. They are top notch installers/technicians! You can tell that they respect each other and take pride in what they do! I highly recommend them!

The technician “Hicham” showed up at my house and was very courteous and professional. He showed up on time and fixed my thermostat. He ended up having to come back twice, but i very much appreciate that I was only charged once at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend.

Lee Thompson handles our A/C system maintenance. Their service techs are always on time and very respectful of our company/business. This company has installed, repaired and serviced our various units for the last several years. They call before coming out to make sure it is convenient for us. Before leaving, they clean up their work area and explain what work they have done. Hicham performed a thorough and extensive maintenance check on my ductless minisplit. He took the time to clean the air handler fan in the bedroom which is no small job. I was not charged for this scheduled maintenance which I appreciate. I would certainly ask for him again. THANK YOU!
