I have used Lee Thompson company for over 10 years. They are very price conscious for their customers, and have always treated us very fair. Most recently Kevin was dispatched to evaluate a problem with my ac unit. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and honest with his explanation. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a drainage issue and had scheduled an AC Tune-Up. Kevin was my tech and he did an outstanding job. He was very courteous, worked very quickly and did outstanding work. I have had many AC techs out to my house to service my AC over the summers, and Kevin is by far the best I have had. I would recommend him and Lee Thompson to anyone needing reliable AC service.

We were very happy with the installation and have been happy ever since, with their service. All the service techs that do our spring and fall checkups have been excellent. Lee Thompson Company has been doing an excellent job of taking care of our home air conditioning system for the last six years. Although a single unit, we have a four zone damper control panel which requires people who know what they are doing. After some modifications that we made inside our home which had an unexpected secondary impact upon how the air flows, Lee Thompson came out and assessed necessary changes to our system which put our home comfort back on track. What I particularly appreciate is how often I see the same service techs season to season and year to year. No gimmicks here. Good service from knowledgeable people.

Henry is the utmost professional. He takes exacting care of our HVAC system and shows key things to look out for that would signal a need for repair.
