I called The Lee Thompson Co this morning with a Problem with third Floor AC unit not working. Even though all technicians were out on service calls, Justin (GM), managed to send me a technician within the hour.
The Technician (Art) was there until he got the unit up and running. The Physicians were happy we got the AC back on. I will always use the Lee Thompson Co.

Excellent customer service.
When the technician comes out the the site they diagnose the problem explain it in simple terms and make sure the problem is fixed right before they leave and the prices are very reasonable. We have been very satisfied customers with the Lee Thompson Co for years and will be for many years to come. Highly recommended.

My unit worked great during the winter but when it came time to use the A/C, a problem. Quote” there is a restriction” wouldn’t switch to a/c. Now after spending over $1500.00, the problem is still there. Won’t switch back to heat. Bottom line they didn’t fix the problem but sure did ring up a nice bill.

Dont waste your time

Good install but dealing will billing ect they pressure to pay fast not from there accounting but sales guy.

Communicate slows down once paid the bill.

Make sure u ask for the system certificate for tax refunds as they won't tell u about this.

Also check on the system priceing with other companies before agreeing to doing anything and watch out for overtime priceing and extra change orders make sure everything is down on paper

After service maintance is slow to respond and get schudule still waiting on a response 3 days later to Balace the system

After weeks of emails since March 16 none has replied back to any emails sent. Jon. Or Scott I even text the owner about the none reply with no answer back horrable customer service at this point it was a mistake to hire them even tho they gave me 2 yrs Warrenty service this dose not matter if they don't respond to emails

They still are slow to respond to emails for days or weeks no follow up no calls no texts what a horrible way to run a customer service driven business update it's almost impossible to go response back or set up things to get services

Hicham Zoummad was my service tech and he was on time (actually early) professional and courteous, he was thorough and did a great job. I have used Lee Thompson for a long time, they are always responsive, knowledgeable and send great professionals out to do the job.

HVAC technician Hicham was professional and polite. He had the expertise and equipment—including shoe covers—to quickly inspect the inside and outside components of our system. His explanation of the condition of the system was easy to understand.

Lee Thompson always does what it can to get a service person out the same day. Hicham Zoummad came for service. He explained situation and what needed to be done. He kept me up to date during service. After repairing he told me how to avoid the problem in the future.

Technician was patient and took all the time needed to figure out the settings issues on our unit so it would cool correctly.

I have been using Lee Thompson AC for years. They are always prompt, showing up on the same day I call them. Fix everything right the first time out
