Military Air AC and Heating

Military air is my first and last choice for all of my a.c. and heating needs there's no other way to describe this company other than perfection and the technician Jacob did such a fantastic job resolving the issue at hand and the operations manager Loretta was simply amazing she explained the complete process in a way I could understand...whats not to love about this company their awesome!😍😍

First of all I would like to thank the crew at military air for doing a amazing job. From keyana in the office who handled herself with exemplary professionalism. To Jacob and Lee who handled my installation. I have comfort knowing that there are still companies out there that put the customer first.

So bad. The first guy came claimed there was no leak and filled and charged me for Freon for couple hundred bucks. Within a week, the Freon got all leaked again. Until they sent the second guy to take a look who eventually fixed the leak guess what, charged me for Freon again. I was new to Houston and I will never use them again.

We waited a week and a half for them to submit the claim Only to be told they had decided to resign it very rude when I called and very unprofessional

I can't ever seem to get a return phone call and I have asked multiple times for an email of the breakdown of our estimate with zero luck, yet they keep calling trying to schedule us. We are going to use someone else even if it means losing money via our home warranty.

The service was great, Jacob was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything and let us know what was going on. We are satisfied with our experience!

Military Air A/C & Heating Services has been in business since 2016. They specialize in commercial & residential heating and cooling services. They have worked on multiple of my business and home friendly and professional they have come in and out like nothing I do really recommend. Unlike other HVAC companys that I have hire to do work

Customer service quality is terrible. After confirming an appointment, no one showed and when I called in was told the “owners” move stuff around and my appointment is lost. They said they would call me back with an update. No call. I called in and was told they rescheduled me for tomorrow from 8-12. How can you schedule me if you don’t know I’m available?!?! Would never use this service again.

Wonderful customer service and quality work. Cleaned out all the over-flowed water and was charged just for a service call. Also diagnosed the problem and I was told what needed to be done in the near future in order to avoid future problems. I would highly recommended this company.
